We have five studios in one location, just 20 minutes south of Eindhoven, and another tucked away in Utrecht, ready for you to rent with or without an engineer. Whether you’re flying solo as a producer or bringing your whole band, our spaces adapt to your needs—from capturing that one magic take to shaping an entire production. Intimate acoustic moments or thunderous rock anthems, our studios are your canvas, fully equipped and waiting for your touch.

Studio A: The Playground

Moon Music studio A is the perfect place to make a record from start to finish. The spacious rooms, the lively acoustics and the creative atmosphere make for an inspiring place to get your musical ideas flowing. With an extensive instrument collection and all the classic recording tools available, you will be able to create some real magic!

Studio B: The Moon

Studio B is our production and mix room, and is suitable for smaller and more dry sounding recordings. The room was renovated in 2024 by Audioworkx, resulting in fantastic and nearly flat acoustics. Combined with the PSI A-23M and NS-10M monitoring this makes for a beautiful mix and mastering room. The room was designed with the purpose of production in mind, giving the opportunity to work with the artist in the same room and record vocals, upright piano, guitars or synthesizers.

Studio C: Studer Room

Studio C is a mix room and doubles as the controlroom for studio C. Also renovated by Audioworkx acoustics, the room now has a modern feel and great sound to it. The vintage Studer 904 gives you 32 channels of analoge goodness with great clean sounding low noise preamps and beautiful EQ’s. The desk can be used for recording instruments in studio B, or just for running up to 16 tracks through it for stem mixing.

We are Moon Audio Productions a brand new recording studio at the Berlijnplein Utrecht. Ivo Schot and Wouter Bude started MAP in 2022. We focus on recording and supporting artist and song writers.

The moon is a playground

A musician’s playground. And no idea goes without throwing it back and forwards. Because of the Moon’s surreal and utmost strange walls there are ideas jumping like rubber marbles. You’d better watch out or you might get a little hit in the head.

Moon’s vintage decor, its persian carpets, the battered piano.
An old chair in the corner, bruised and used. Cables entwined like a masterly mind. A green glow at nighttime from the window in moonlight. The smell, only wooden floorboards can have, the tales only old stuff can tell. It’s magic, it’s stardust, it’s music, in Moon’s light.

Instruments scattered all over the place, all at hands reach.
Creativity, it’s a mysterious thing, You never know when it might come and go.

The strange thing you sing into called a microphone is never just A microphone. If you enjoy a little bit of old school aura you can choose microphones still containing some authentic sixties saliva,
