The Moon is a playground, a musician's playground.

And no idea goes without throwing it back and forwards.

Because of the Moon's surreal and utmost strange walls there are ideas jumping like rubber marbles.

You'd better watch out or you might get a little hit in the head.

Moon's vintage decor, its persian carpets, the battered piano.

An old chair in the corner, bruised and used.

Cables entwined like a masterly mind.

A green glow at nighttime from the window in moonlight.

The smell, only wooden floorboards can have, the tales only old stuff can tell.

It's magic, it's stardust, it's music, in Moon's light.

Instruments scattered all over the place,

all at hands reach.

Creativity, it's a mysterious thing,

You never know when it might come and go.

The strange thing you sing into

called a microphone is never just A microphone.

If you enjoy a little bit of old school aura you can choose microphones still containing

some authentic sixties saliva,

Perhaps even the Beatles, who knows?

In short, mics to everyone's likes.

Are you on your own?

Your only companion and best friend your guitar?

Are you and your entire grass band looking for ways to becoming immortal?

Not to worry.

Moon Music Recordings provides us with a very flexible and adaptable kind of space and time.

the Moon can be used for small and acoustic gloomy-like recordings

As well as mimicking a blowing the roof off rock concert.

On the other side of the moon

there's equipment only audiophile, high fidelity, freaks, really dream about.

What I can tell you is this,

some is old...

some is new...

and between you and me,

All of it is in good hands.

Micha Vonk Noordegraaf en Tijn van Seeters gaan komende drie maanden meedraaien in de Moon Studio's.

De eerste week zit erop!! Tafeltje checken, patchbay's maken, akoestische panelen ophangen en drums opnemen. Ook zijn we bezig met het inrichten en optimaliseren van twee nieuwe controlekames, die in de toekomst gebruikt zullen gaan worden als synth ruimte, edit ruimte en voor kleine opnames.

Metalen resonatoren bouwen. Leuk leuk!!
