Together with Ingo the head engineer of the studio, and the driving force behind it. Olaf is responsible for a large share of the productions we made in the last five years. He is the right person to lead a recording and makes beautiful, detailed mixes, with years of live experience as FOH and monitor mixer behind him.

Head engineer alongside Olaf, regular producer at the Moon and a fixture as session musician. Ingo produces, plays and mixes: an all-rounder who graduated as a guitarist at the Rockacademy in Tilburg and still plays live.

Wouter started Moon in 2007, after studying drums at the Rockacademy in Tilburg and playing in dozens of indie bands. For fifteen years he produced bands from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, including GRAEF, Navarone, Robin Borneman, Pocket Knife Army and Orgel Vreten, many 27 Tapes sessions and a long list of albums and EPs. Later he founded Polymoon with Christiaan Nijburg and, in 2022, Moon Audio Productions in Utrecht with Ivo Schot.

Stay at our own bed and breakfast in Roermond, or at one of the good and affordable places nearby. We help you plan the setup, the schedule and where to sleep.
Our four studios are in Maasbracht, in the province of Limburg in the south of the Netherlands, close to the A2 between Roermond and Sittard and close to the Belgian border. They are easy to reach by public transport. Our address is available on request and you are welcome to visit. We also have a studio at the Berlijnplein in Utrecht.
Yes. Indie is where Moon started. Studio A has an 80 m² live room with a high ceiling, a wall of vintage amps, vintage drum kits and keys, so a band can record live together. Blaudzun, Marble Sounds, Noa Lee, Dan San, Goodwin and Celine Cairo recorded here.
Yes. Studio A has 40+ channels and an iso booth for vocals, upright bass or a guitar amp. For a drier sound you can combine Studio B with Studio C as the control room.
Highlights: a Studer A800 MkIII 24-track 2-inch tape machine, a Studer A80 16-track, a Studer 904 console, an MCI JH 636, Neve 1073 preamps, Neumann U47, U67 and M49, Telefunken ELAM 251, RCA 44-BX, an EMT 140 plate, a Grotrian-Steinweg grand from 1865, a Hammond C3 with Leslie and a Minimoog Model D. Yes. Studio A records to a Studer A800 24-track on 2-inch tape and Studio B has a Studer A80 16-track. You can also run a digital mix through tape for colour.
Studio A costs €700 a day with an engineer and €450 without. Studio B and Utrecht start at €500 a day with an engineer. Mixing is about €300 per song and mastering €60 per track (€40 when we recorded or mixed it). Prices exclude 21% VAT. For albums and EPs we make a project price.

Yes. You can book Studio A without an engineer, or work with one of ours: Olaf Skoreng, Melvin Rijlaarsdam, Ingo Jetten or Wouter Budé.

Yes. With Outside we bring the microphones and preamps of Studio A to chapels, libraries, concert halls and open-air stages in the Netherlands and Belgium, and film the session in 4K.
Yes. We record and film live sessions ourselves; you can watch 28 of them on our sessions page. Live recordings are also released as 27 Tapes and Télès Music sessions.
Yes. Through our partner labels Polymoon and Télès Music we can help release and promote your recording.
